These Wagyu sliders were SO GOOD it deserved its own post! Our server said that it’s a temporary item the chef’s trying out but hopefully it will remain on the menu permanently! They’re American Wagyu, not Japanese, but they still melted in my mouth like butter! Get them at the Carthay Circle lounge (not the restaurant).
